Mouhamed KEBE is the Managing Partner of GENI & KEBE, a full service law firm member of DLA Piper Africa,based in Senegal, and Ivory Coast, with affiliate offices across several jurisdictions mainly in the OHADA region (Benin, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Chad,Gabon, Guinea, Mali, Mauritania, Niger).
Qualified with the Senegal Bar in 1993, he advises our clients, mainly TNCs and IGOs on redundancies and corporate restructuring, ICT, TMC, ENR, human resource issues in relation to mergers and acquisitions, income tax and negotiations with trade unions and staff representatives. In the case of disputes, he also assist clients with litigation and mediation.
He holds a LLM in Business law from the University of Dakar Cheikh Anta Diop, Senegal, a LLM in International law from the University of Essex, United Kingdom, and a Certificate in Commercial and Investment Arbitration from the University of London.
