GENI & KEBE is a full service commercial law firm in sub-Saharan Africa. Established in Senegal in 1912, GENI & KEBE has earned a reputation for providing quality legal services both in Senegal and across the region. GENI & KEBE has offices in Dakar, Abidjan, Mbour and Tambacounda, and works with affiliates in other countries to provide seamless cross border services. 

We have experts in mining law (including a Partner listed in Who's Who Legal Mining) and oil & gas (having advised on the landmark oil and gas finds along the coast of Senegal and Mauritania). 

Our corporate team covers all aspect of mergers and acquisitions, business establishment, due diligence and tax. Our employment law team combines legal skills with practical experience working in human resources and for the Labour Inspectorate. Our property and construction lawyers have in-house experience with leading European construction firms. 

We were awarded the Lawyer Weekly's Women in Law Anti-Corruption Lawyer of the Year Award for being the first law firm in West Africa to develop and anti-corruption policy.

Two of our lawyers were recipients of prestigious International Law Firms for Africa scholarships and were seconded to leading firms in London. Our Managing Partner, Mouhamed Kebe, is named as one of the 50 best lawyers in Francophone Africa by Jeune Afrique.
