Morten is an expert in dispute resolution – including litigation and negotiation – in procurement, competition, contract, tax and construction law. He assists a number of Norwegian and international clients with advice related to state subsidy law and competition law, and specialises in public procurement law regulations.
Law Degree from the University of Oslo (1992). Master of Law (LLM), Columbia University, NY (1997). Admitted to the Supreme Court of Norway in 2000. Attorney at the Attorney General's Office (Civil Affairs) from 1993-2001. Partner of Wikborg, Rein & Co from 2001. He joined Wiersholm as Partner in 2014 and was subsequently elected as Managing Partner in January 2018.
