Georg Abusdal Engebretsen specialises in assisting Norwegian and international enterprises and public institutions in compliance and investigations across a broad range of practice areas. Mr. Engebretsen has extensive experience from compliance matters, including, on several occasions, as a project manager. He has sound expertise in the full range of compliance issues facing industrial, technology and shipping companies. Mr. Engebretsen is also an experienced litigator, including in cases concerning infringement penalties under the Norwegian Competition Act. In addition, he is often used as a lecturer both in Norway and abroad.
