Monika delivers day-to-day counsel and strategic guidance on HR matters, as well as practical solutions addressing emerging employment law trends, helping clients remain both compliant and competitive in a rapidly changing legal landscape. Her expertise covers advising clients on all aspects of employment law in both international and domestic contexts, whether entering or operating in Poland. This includes preparing and negotiating a wide range of employee documentation and policies, navigating pay transparency requirements, executive and managerial recruitment, and implementing individual and collective redundancy programmes, alongside managing relationships with employee representatives. She regularly advises on sensitive workplace issues, such as bullying (mobbing), discrimination, and DE&I initiatives. Monika is also highly experienced in cross-border employment, employment restructurings, and the development of remote and hybrid working arrangements. She represents clients effectively before labour courts and in out-of-court disputes. In addition, Monika is consistently involved in M&A transactions, providing employment law advice at every stage of the deal.
