Throughout her professional career, she has gained extensive knowledge in business, corporate, and tax law, complex transaction structuring, estate and succession planning, mergers and acquisitions, foreign investments in Brazil, and Brazilian investments abroad. Monica is also highly recognized and respected for her work with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, having gained support over the years in her work with large family and corporate groups through her expertise and knowledge in several relevant areas of law.

She acts as a legal consultant to Brazilian and foreign clients, structuring mergers and acquisitions projects, and corporate restructuring, financing through structures in Brazil and abroad, with extensive knowledge of exchange regulations and the capital and financial markets.
