Monia Dobrescu heads the Real Estate and Banking & Finance departments at Musat & Asociatii. With a stellar 18-year track record of success working with top clients, she has extensive experience in Real Estate & Construction and has been involved in a large number of high-profile projects. She advises owners, landlords, tenants, lenders, developers, retailers and different types of investors on a broad range of legal issues pertaining to real estate, regulatory matters and authorizations, property portfolio restructuring, real estate securities, sales and acquisitions, as well as urban planning regulation. Her clients include Kaufland, Belvedere Development, Adesgo, MK Group, Havi Logistics, Anchor Grup, Buck Consultants, Teconnex and Novares.

Monia has established a strong reputation in the Banking & Finance field, with a special focus on real estate financing. Her expertise also includes general finance and banking law, contractual relationships, syndicated loans and compliance. Key clients include banks and financial entities like PPF Banka, China Development Bank, Goldman Sachs and Visa.

Monia joined Musat & Asociatii in 2003. She has been a partner since 2012.
