Acting in charging order/s 423 proceedings regarding the transfer of an asset with an estimated value of £80-£104 million. Trial listed for March 2024.

Acting for Crescent Petroleum in its successful defence of a multi-billion dollar award in the Court of Appeal (National Iranian Oil Company v Crescent Petroleum Company International Ltd [2023] EWCA Civ 826).

Acting for a commodities trading company in resisting section 68 and 69 challenges to a trilogy of FOSFA arbitration awards.

Acting for a leading Indian conglomerate in defending a GAFTA arbitration claim for short delivery, demurrage and dead freight.

Acting for a leading international conglomerate in billion dollar LCIA and ICC (Zurich) arbitrations arising out of the supply of power generation equipment in Angola (with related litigation in the Southern District of New York).

Acting for a leading commodities trading company in an HKIAC arbitration against a state-owned enterprise.
