She was elected as Ad Hoc Justice (Alternate) – Labor Cassation Chamber, Supreme Court of Justice of Colombia period 2025 - 2026. She served as Governor of the Labor Bar Association from 2020 to 2021. She is a member of the
Legal Committee of the Chamber of Commerce of Barranquilla, National Association of Human
Resources (ACRIP by the acronym in Spanish), and the Chamber of Legal Services of the National
Association of Enterprises (ANDI by the acronym in Spanish). Additionally, she teaches in the
post-graduate degree program in Labor Law at the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana of Medellín, the
master's program in Labor Law at the Universidad del Norte, and at the Universidad Javeriana.
