Mr. Charles Chapman López is the founding partner of the firm. With more than twenty years of experience developing innovative and impeccable strategies for the negotiation of collective agreements between unions and companies, Mr. Chapman’s work is increasingly recognized nationally due to its effectiveness in achieving the goals of our clients and its positive impact on companies and non-unionized employees.

Mr. Chapman is the chairman of the Board of Directors of ProBarranquilla, member of the Board of Directors of ANDI and the Barranquilla Chamber of Commerce. He was also Governor of the Bar Association of Labor in 2011-2012, Assistant Magistrate of the Supreme Labor Court in 2009, Honorary Consul of Brazil, Member of the Legal Committee of ANDI and ACRIP, Member of the Academic Council of the Bar Association of Labor of Colombia and Representative of Colombia to the ILO in Geneva.
