She has advised both local and international clients on Loans Security and Capital Markets Transactions as well as Mergers and Acquisition and Real Estate Transactions. Mina is an alumnus of the International Lawyers for Africa (ILFA) Programme during which she worked with Pinsent & Masons, UK. Mina is the Chairperson of the firms Life at Work Committee which promotes work-life balance and work place satisfaction.
