Miloš Vučković

Miloš is a Senior Partner with over 25 years of experience in advising clients on all aspects of corporate & commercial, real estate, and energy law, with a particular focus on renewables and mining. He has unique regional experience in advising clients on all areas of corporate law, including corporate governance, compliance, privatisation, M&A, contracts and commercial agreements, joint ventures, spin-offs, restructuring, takeover bids, etc. Miloš oversees the cooperation with the Macedonian lawyers we cooperate with and also runs the Nordic Desk.

Miloš is also a member of the Executive Committee of Energy Law Group (ELG), the most extensive network of experts in energy and natural resources law in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He is also one of the authors of the Karanovic & Partners "Focus on Energy" publication (published biennially). His rich professional experience and a long client list involves leading international companies, as well as governments and financial institutions doing business in the SEE region.
