Katarina is an independent Attorney at Law in cooperation with Karanovic & Partners. She is a Partner and co-heads the Banking & Finance Practice Group. She advises clients on all aspects of banking and finance law and in particular her expertise lies in project and acquisition finance, restructuring and refinancing, as well as securities and financial derivatives trading. She has advised clients in many major infrastructure transactions in Serbia and has extensive experience in transactions involving international banks and leading financial institutions, advising both lenders and the borrowers in a wide range of industries. She also specialises in the areas of payment services, crowdfunding, insurance business, NPL transactions, factoring and regulatory matters.
