Mr. Molfa’s practice focuses on international arbitration. He is dual qualified in Italy and England and Wales and regularly acts for multinational corporations and sovereigns in complex, high-profile international commercial arbitrations, investor-state disputes under public international law and litigation ancillary to arbitration.
As already recognised in Chambers Global 2019 and 2020, “London-based Milo Molfa has notable activity in cross-border arbitrations and further advises on commercial litigation proceedings. Mr. Molfa is a member of the ICC UK Arbitration and ADR Committee and the ICC Commission Taskforce on ADR and Arbitration. He is the author and co-author of many publications on international arbitration and the conflict of laws, including two treaties edited by Thomson Reuter and Kluwer Arbitration, and regularly speaks and lectures at conferences on arbitration matters.
