Miguel Esperança Pina is a partner and co-heads the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice at CMS Portugal.

He is experienced in representing a roster of national and international clients in domestic and international arbitration, as well as conducting complex commercial and civil litigation, on a global scale.

He is highly-regarded in contractual litigation, notably on commercial, financial, energy, pharmaceutical, project finance, public concessions and construction disputes.

He also sits as an arbitrator in domestic and international proceedings involving disputes connected to corporate relations, financial contracts, commercial distribution, computer and telecommunications services, pharmaceuticals, oil & gas, among others.
