João Maria Pimentel

João Maria Pimentel is a Partner in the Litigation and Arbitration and Restructuring and Insolvency practices. He has more than twenty years of experience in court and has a deep knowledge of the ins and outs of the judicial and arbitration courts, where he represents clients interests in civil, commercial and financial disputes. He also boasts vast experience in insolvency procedures, advising on both company recovery and liquidation, and acting in the defense of creditors and investors interests, and assisting directors with compliance of their legal duties.
