- Acting in complex, high value High Court litigation defending professional negligence claims brought against a range of professionals including solicitors, accountants and actuaries, brokers and construction professionals, with a particular focus on large law firms.

- Advising a range of professional indemnity insurers on tricky policy coverage issues.

Professional regulation and discipline:

- Acting for law firms and individuals, both in private practice and in-house, in defending (often high profile) regulatory investigations brought by the SRA.

- Assisting clients with internal investigations.

- Advising more generally, including on possible SRA rule breaches and reporting to the SRA.
