Partner at Cabello Abogados Tributarios (Chile). Head of the firm’s Tax Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice.

Extensive experience representing and defending taxpayers in audits and across a broad range of proceedings before the Chilean Internal Revenue Service (SII), the Treasury (TGR), and the Office of the Comptroller General (CGR), among other authorities. I have successfully led high-stakes tax litigation before the Tax and Customs Courts (TTA), Courts of Appeals, and the Supreme Court. I also advise clients on strategic matters related to domestic and international taxation.

Michel holds a Law degree from the University of Chile, a Diploma in Taxation, and is a candidate for a Master's degree in Tax Law at the same institution.
