Michael’s practice focuses on the structuring and formation of private equity, private credit and hedge funds and regularly advises on secondaries, co-investment arrangements, seeding arrangements and LP investments. Michael also has extensive experience advising on regulatory matters relating to asset managers. His clients include some of the Asia largest fund managers, sovereign wealth funds and financial institutions.
