Michael Ryan is the chair of the Tech Transactions & Sourcing Group for Kelley Drye & Warren LLP. He has for decades focused his practice on transactions, counseling and dispute resolution involving technology, data, complex business processes, cyper security and intellectual property. Michael counsels clients on the development, acquisition, deployment and commercialization of technologies involving software-as-a-service (SaaS), data analytics, artificial intelligence and other digital solutions. He also assists clients involved in the large-scale global outsourcing of business processes and functions, such as information technology, finance & accounting, procurement, human resources and supply chain management. He frequently advises clients on intellectual property and information technology issues arising in mergers, acquisitions, dispositions and joint ventures.
