Michael’s antitrust practice focuses on cartels in restraint of trade. In those matters, he has represented clients in numerous industries, including pharmaceuticals, various retail grocery products and railroads. He represents clients seeking individualized relief rather than participation in class action litigation, generally through claims centralized in federal multidistrict litigation.

Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Michael is a member of the Florida Bar, the District of Columbia Bar, and the American Bar Association. Michael graduated from the University of Michigan Law School, cum laude. He is a graduate of Bowdoin College, summa cum laude, and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
