Michael Best is a partner at POELLATH in Munich. He is the head of POELLATH's tax practice.

Michael studied at the Universities of Munich and Augsburg (Dr jur 1991). He has been a tax consultant since 1992 and was partner in German law/tax firms (1996 - 2001), before he joined POELLATH in 2001.
His publications include numerous articles in professional domestic and international journals in the above areas, inter alia for Chambers Corporate Tax Practice Guide. He is a sought after lecturer in his areas of expertise.
