Christian is a partner at POELLATH in Munich.

He advises on M&A with a focus on private equity and venture capital transactions. Together with Michael Inhester, he heads the venture capital practice at POELLATH and advises on the entire range of venture capital – from financing and acquisitions to exits. His clients include venture capital funds, corporate venture capitalists, start-ups, as well as institutional and strategic investors.

Thanks to his many years of expertise and his confident and pragmatic advice, he has an excellent reputation in the market and is considered a leading lawyer for venture capital.

Career

Christian is with POELLATH since 2002 and studied law in Munich (LLM Eur., 2006).
