Meredith is one of the UK’s leading silks in competition law and economic regulation.

He is an expert in damages actions, including collective proceedings, claims for injunctions, and challenges to regulatory decisions. With his background in economics, Meredith is frequently instructed in the most economically complex cases, often involving multi-sided markets, and he is known for his abilities in cross-examining economic experts. He has considerable experience in cases raising conflict of laws issues or interaction with intellectual property law. In addition to involvement in cases across all main industry sectors, he is regularly instructed in the technology, media and telecommunications sphere.

Meredith appears before both the UK Courts and the Court of Justice of the European Union (as an Irish barrister). His arbitration experience includes sitting as an arbitrator in international commercial disputes.
