Ms. Wollis represents various financial institutions in their capacity as issuers, arrangers and investment managers in connection with various securitization and structured finance transactions. Ms. Wollis’ practice is primarily focused on representing investment managers in connection with collateralized loan obligation transactions. She routinely negotiates related warehouse financing arrangements and refinancing and “reset” transactions. She also has experience representing financial institutions and investment banks as underwriters in collateralized loan obligation transactions and in connection with a variety of other loan financing transactions.
