Melissa Arnold

Melissa is a Partner in the Family department at Osbornes Law. She qualified in 2012 and specialises exclusively in family law.

Melissa advises clients on a broad range of family law issues with a focus on divorce and separation. Melissa specialises in providing advice on the financial arrangements which might need to be made following the end of a relationship.

Melissa has extensive experience advising high net worth individuals, and clients who have complex financial circumstances, including businesses and international assets. She frequently advises on divorce and financial remedy matters with an international aspect, including cases where divorce proceedings have or could be started in another jurisdiction.

Melissa can assist both married and unmarried clients in relation to any financial or child arrangements which might need to be considered, including the preparation of marital and cohabitation agreements.

Melissa provides advice on matters both in and out of court proceedings. She is a keen advocate for non-court-based methods of resolution, and is a trained family law mediator.
