Melinda specialises in financing construction and infrastructure projects, advising on real estate, acquisition finance and restructuring transactions, as well as on cross-border financing and factoring. She also advises insurance companies in connection with their services and products, as well as private equity companies and funds on their transactions in the region. Her recent work includes advice to a group of international lenders on the Hungarian law aspects of the funding of additional working capital facility to the company operating Budapest International Airport, as well as advice to Hungarian and Austrian commercial banks in connection with the development of several solar power plants in Hungary.
Counsel. Prior to joining Wolf Theiss, Melinda gained valuable experience in the area of banking and finance working at CIB Bank (member of the Intesa Sanpaolo group) as a senior legal counsel and in the banking and finance department of the Budapest office of other international law firms.
Melinda completed her legal studies at the Eötvös Loránd University in Budapest and became a member of the Budapest Bar in 2007.
