M. C. Carrington focuses on toxic torts, products liability, premises liability, premises security, commercial litigation, employment discrimination, and oil and gas matters.
Mr. Carrington graduated with honors from the Texas Tech School of Law. In his time at MehaffyWeber, he keeps a very active trial docket, having tried over forty cases to verdict in the past eight years alone. Mr. Carrington has handled a wide variety of defense claims, including the successful defense of a landmark $173 million deepwell case reported in multiple national publications.
Mr. Carrington is a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. His work has earned him recognition from both Best Lawyers® (2010 – 2020) and Super Lawyers® by Thomson Reuters (2003-2019). He was also the recipient of the Texas Tech University School of Law’s 2018 Distinguished Service Award.
He is Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Civil Trial and Personal Injury Trial Law and a member of IADC and ABOTA.
