Practice Areas
Personal Injury – Max represents plaintiffs in tort cases involving catastrophic injury and death, and his practice focuses on litigating these high-stakes tort cases.
Commercial Litigation – Max also represents businesses and individuals in litigation and arbitration involving complex commercial litigation, including breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, business divorces, fraud, partnership disputes, restrictive covenants, RICO, and trade secret misappropriation.
Max has tried cases to juries, judges, and arbitrators throughout Georgia, and he has handled multiple appeals to state and federal appellate courts.
Career
Max served in a variety of public service roles: as legal counsel for the Georgia Judicial Qualifications Commission, as a law clerk for the Honorable Eleanor L. Ross of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, and as an extern for former Georgia Supreme Court Chief Justice Harold Melton. Most recently, Max was a managing associate in the commercial litigation group of the largest law firm in the world.

Max lives in the Kirkwood neighborhood of Atlanta, and enjoys spending time with his fiancée, three dogs, golfing, hiking, and cycling (road and mountain), when time permits.
