Shattuck Ely

Tucker is a partner and the head of Fellows LaBriola’s insurance recovery practice. For more than 25 years, Tucker has represented policyholders in insurance coverage disputes. He has helped his clients recover hundreds of millions of dollars under a variety of insurance policies, including general liability, professional liability, D&O, employment practices liability, commercial property, and builders risk policies. Tucker handles insurance cases around the country and has successfully tried cases to judges, juries, and arbitration panels. A member of the American College of Coverage Counsel, Tucker is a frequent speaker on insurance issues.
