Commercial Litigation – Ethan represents businesses and individuals in litigation and arbitration involving complex commercial litigation, including claims regarding breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, business divorces, fraud, partnership disputes, restrictive covenants, RICO, and trade secret misappropriation.

Insurance Recovery – Ethan counsels and represents policyholders in disputes with their insurers, spanning all lines of coverage.

Career

Ethan began his career by serving as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Judge Sheri Chappell, United States District Judge for the Middle District of Florida. After his clerkship, Ethan joined Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP’s Construction & Infrastructure practice group, focusing on arbitrating and litigating commercial and industrial construction project disputes. After several years, Ethan joined Fellows LaBriola LLP, where his practice now focuses on complex business litigation.
