Max Keulaerds handles high-interest employment matters for some of the largest companies in The Netherlands. He is a recognized expert on Dutch dismissal law, as well as transfer of undertaking and collective labour matters, including strikes. Max chairs the Working Party on Dismissal Law of the Association of Dutch Employment Lawyers (VAAN) and is an important contributor in the ongoing debate on changes in Dutch dismissal law. He also lectures in postgraduate employment law programs of the universities of Amsterdam, Nijmegen and Leiden.
