Partner at Lathrop Mujica Herrera & Diez Abogados co-leading the tax team. He has more than 20 years of experience advising both domestic and multinational companies on transactions such as mergers, divisions, reorganizations, and overall tax optimization of corporate groups; analysis of derivative instruments, IPOs, bond issuances, and international trade; as well as the development and financing of productive projects, among other matters. His practice has focused on a wide range of industries including finance, mining, energy, and commerce, providing legal and tax advice relevant to the growth and success of their businesses.

In addition, he serves as a professor in the Diploma of Advanced Taxation at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez and teaches the Capital Markets course at Universidad de los Andes.
