Mauricio Chozas is partner of the Intellectual Property practice in Cuesta Campos. With over 18 years of experience in the field, he is recognized for designing strategies to protect intellectual property rights for national and transnational companies.

Along his career, he has specialized in trademarks, patents, copyright, litigation, industrial secrets, licensing, and franchises. Mr. Chozas is an effective litigator both in administrative and judicial matters.
