The Intellectual Property practice group at Cuesta Campos, led by partner Mauricio Chozas, advises foreign and domestic clients in the identification, protection, and enforcement of their intellectual property rights in Mexico and abroad. The firm’s expertise encompasses patents, trademarks, copyrights, IT-related rights and trade secrets as well as licensing, franchising and intellectual property litigation (unfair competition, annulment, cancellation, and infringement actions before administrative authorities and federal courts).
