Matt is the Head of Linklaters’ Middle East Energy & Infrastructure practice. He has over 25 years’ experience of advising sponsors, funders and governments on the development and financing of a vast number of energy and infrastructure projects around the world, bringing a deep understanding of managing a project from inception through development to operation.
Matt’s experience of successfully executing complex project financings across multiple jurisdictions means he is uniquely placed to advise on large scale cross-border mandates for major players in the Middle East market and has led on a number of ground-breaking project finance deals in the region.
