Matt works with a broad range of clients including business owners, leadership teams and shareholders, enabling businesses to pursue commercial opportunities with his strategic advice. As a Partner and Head of the Corporate and Commercial Department at Holmes & Hills Solicitors, Matt advises clients on a vast range of commercial matters, including: corporate mergers, acquisitions and business sales, company restructures, management buyouts, Shareholders’ and Partnership Agreements, corporate finance and succession planning.

Matt advises on a broad spectrum of commercial legal issues and is well-placed to support clients through the full business lifecycle - from formation and growth to restructuring and exit.

Prior to joining Holmes & Hills, Matt’s career has seen him lead corporate legal teams across Norwich and Cambridge, before joining Holmes & Hills to lead and grow the firm’s corporate and commercial offering in line with its regional expansion strategy.
