Mr. Swartz represents clients in capital events, including mergers, acquisitions, public offerings and securities transactions, and originates, structures and advises on venture capital, private equity and angel financings. He regularly works with companies in the software, government contracting, medical devices, biotechnology, consumer products and health care sectors. His clients also include investment funds, debt issuers, and bulge bracket, mid-tier and regional underwriters and placement agents.
