Mathis Berger represents clients in proceedings before state courts, arbitral tribunals and administrative bodies, focusing on intellectual property, information technology, media, advertising, unfair competition and antitrust as well as on corporate and commercial litigation and arbitration.

Admitted to the bar since 1994; associate with Reber Rechtsanwälte, Zurich (1994–1996); foreign associate with Davis & Gilbert, New York (1997); associate with Bär & Karrer, Zurich (1998–2000); partner with Hess Dallafior Rechtsanwälte, Zurich (2002–2006); partner with Nater Dallafior Rechtsanwälte AG, Zurich, since 2006 (founding partner).
