Practice Areas
Florentin Weibel represents clients in proceedings before state courts, arbitral tribunals (ICC, Swiss Rules, DIS, ad hoc, etc.) and administrative bodies. Based on his previous experience as a corporate and M&A transaction lawyer, Florentin focuses on corporate, directors' liability and shareholder disputes and M&A-related proceedings, including crypto- and blockchain-related disputes. He acts as counsel, arbitrator and tribunal secretary. Florentin also regularly advises and represents directors, managers and employees in the context of internal investigations, FINMA enforcement proceedings and criminal matters, in particular regarding fiduciary and regulatory duties.
