1. Assisted a consortium of India’s 18 largest commercial banks with forming a joint venture to create a blockchain-focused trade finance platform, the first of its kind in India, while leading the consortium’s negotiations against Infosys and R3.

2. Assisted one of the world’s largest insurance companies with building its core tech stack in compliance with IRDAI cybersecurity and outsourcing guidelines and negotiated tech sourcing contracts with some of the largest technology companies in the world.

3. Advised the world’s largest technology company on launching a first-of-its-kind tokenisation project with a potentially globally market-changing impact aimed at mitigating cybersecurity risks and hacking of credit card information.

4. Assisted India’s leading OTT platform with structuring arrangements with technology service providers to measure the success of advertisements on the platform using ad measurement tools.

5. Advising India’s largest international airline on the launch of its in-flight connectivity services through pioneering partnerships with global satellite providers, including structuring a first-of-its-kind tripartite arrangement, navigating IFMC licensing, and ensuring compliance with telecom laws
