1. Representing India’s largest oil and natural gas company in a construction arbitration involving critical onshore assets, advising on strategic counterclaims, delay analysis, and damage valuation.

2. Represented a leading heavy electrical and electronic equipment manufacturer, a key supplier to Indian Railways, in a dispute against a prominent Bengaluru-based electronic component distributor over the supply of defective and counterfeit parts that impacted the operations of the locomotive engines of the Indian Railways; successfully closed criminal proceedings and secured an out-of-court commercial settlement.

3. Advising a leading German tunnelling technology manufacturer on a cross-border supply dispute involving India's flagship bullet train project, addressing complex issues of contractual risk allocation, force majeure, and geopolitical trade restrictions between China and India.

4. Advising investors of an Indian solar tracker company on legal strategy to compel the completion of a stake-sale arrangement following the acquirer’s failure to conclude the sale arrangement amidst investigations by SEBI, ED, and CBI following allegations of financial defaults, fraudulent conduct, and corporate misgovernance.
