Mary is Head of the Private Client Team.
Mary acts as a professional trustee for numerous trusts and is also a court appointed administrator in a number of contentious estates and trusts.
Mary prepares Wills and powers of attorney and advises on the administration of estates, powers of attorney and deputyship orders.
She specialises in working with families, in particular helping them manage their assets held in trust. She has kept up her knowledge of family law in order to assist clients in managing trusts resulting from divorce or Children Act proceedings.
Mary has been a partner at Warners since 2013 and before that was a partner/director in solicitors’ firms in London and Kent since the 1980s.

Mary was educated at New Hall Cambridge University and Heythrop College University of London. Mary is actively involved with a number of charities including: Vincent Housing Association, Newlyn Charitable Trust and Hi Kent.
