  • Warners’ private client and elderly client specialisms has been enhanced by the addition of a Court of Protection team, which provides a full service for clients at all stages of life, whether capable or incapable. This covers an extensive range of cases providing deputyship services as well as contentious and non-contentious applications to the Court of Protection for Statutory Wills and lifetime gifts.

  • The Practice Group gained the WIQS qualification in 2014, being one of the first Private Client teams in the southeast to do so.

  • All fee earners and support staff have been trained as ‘Dementia Friends’ and as a firm we are known locally as being very supportive of causes helping older people in the community.
