It also advises a substantial number of high net worth individuals, couples and families, offering integrated advice on estate planning, lifetime tax planning, the creation of trusts for asset protection purposes and tax planning, trust compliance, elderly client services including Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters using the experience of solicitors, legal executives and an in-house tax team
  • Warners’ private client and elderly client specialisms has been enhanced by the addition of a Court of Protection team, which provides a full service for clients at all stages of life, whether capable or incapable. This covers an extensive range of cases providing deputyship services as well as contentious and non-contentious applications to the Court of Protection for Statutory Wills and lifetime gifts.
