Career
An extremely experienced Barrister who has been in practice for over 40 years. His career started with a very mixed practice and his name can be found in Law reports covering many different areas. For the past 25 years or so he has focused on housing. His experience in Family and Criminal law taught him the vital importance of secure and decent homes and this remains an issue that he is passionate about. He was Counsel for Ms Yemsahw in Yemshaw V Hounslow LBC which helped to transform attitudes to domestic abuse. In 2019 he was a finalist in the Legal Aid Lawyer of the Year awards.
