Dr. Martin Aebi is an experienced dispute resolution practitioner who has acted as counsel in numerous large-scale cases (also involving states) before arbitral tribunals and state courts. Originally, Martin focused on intellectual property-related matters such as licensing and joint-development issues. However, over time, his experience has broadened to cover a wide range of business areas including construction, M&A and banking.
