Daniel Tunik is a partner in our Litigation and Arbitration group based in Geneva, and active in both court litigation and international arbitration. His work covers all forms of commercial disputes, notably in the banking sector. He is also frequently involved in white collar crime matters, employment disputes and insolvency law.
