He has played a significant role in numerous high profile insolvency cases and out-of-court restructurings. Mr. Shinderman also represents Fortune 500 companies, banks, hedge funds, and other financial institutions throughout the country. He is a frequent lecturer at bankruptcy and distressed investing conferences.
