Mr. Shinderman’s engagements have involved companies in a diverse group of industries such as apparel, consumer products and services, ecommerce, energy, finance, healthcare, media and entertainment, real estate, retail, technology, and transportation. He has played a significant role in numerous high profile insolvency cases and out-of-court restructurings. Mr. Shinderman also represents Fortune 500 companies, banks, hedge funds, and other financial institutions throughout the country. He is a frequent lecturer at bankruptcy and distressed investing conferences.
