Mark is the Co-head of Allens' Private Equity group. He is well known for providing high quality advice focussing on private equity, mergers and acquisitions and securities laws.
He advises financial sponsors and corporates on numerous transactions, including leveraged buyouts and take privates and also defends listed companies in response to takeover proposals by private equity.
Having advised a number of the largest and most sophisticated domestic (BGH Capital, Catalyst Investment Managers) and global (Advent International, TPG, TA Associates, Goldman Sachs Asia Special Situations Group, Apollo Global Management) private equity sponsors on their high priority investments, he is regarded highly in the market for his strategic advice.
