Mark advises on all aspects of construction, engineering and procurement law but with a focus on contentious work. He primarily acts for large scale residential developers but also acts for a number of main contractors and specialist sub-contractors throughout the UK.

Mark represents clients at adjudication, arbitration and in litigation in the Technology and Construction Court. Mark deals almost exclusively in complex or high value matters in the traditional areas of time, cost and quality.
